NEW DELHI: WeWork India is in talks to lease Galaxy Lodge in Sector 15, Gurugram, in accordance with a number of sources. The lodge is owned by city-based Saya Group.
The corporate is planning to lease the area for about Rs 80-85 per sq ft monthly, one of many sources stated. Whole space of Galaxy Lodge is about 80,000 sq ft, which make the lease to about Rs 64-68 lakh monthly or Rs 7.6-8.1 crore per 12 months.

This shall be firm’s third main lease in Gurugram. Beforehand it had rented 2.25 lakh sq ft of workplace area in DLF Cyber Metropolis for about Rs 130 per sq ft monthly.

Other than Gurugram, WeWork India at present has 5 co-working areas operational in Bengaluru and Mumbai.
