NCR Delhi To Get Eight Regional Fast Transit System Corridors, RRTS To Meerut, Alwar And Panipat Beneath Precedence


Nationwide Capital Area Planning Board (NCRPB) ready a ‘Practical Plan on Transport for Nationwide Capital Area (NCR) – 2032’, which really useful eight Regional Fast Transit System (RRTS) corridors to attach varied important cities of NCR with a high-speed rail-based commuter transit system.

The Detailed Mission Report (DPR) after the feasibility research has been obtained from Nationwide Capital Area Transport Company (NCRTC) for Delhi-Gurugram-SNB City Advanced RRTS Hall in December 2018 and SNB City Advanced to Sotanala RRTS Hall in June 2020; that are a part of Delhi-Gurugram-Rewari-Alwar RRTS Mission.

The DPR of the Delhi-Panipat hall was obtained from NCRTC in June 2020. Approval of the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi with a monetary dedication on DPRs of Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS hall and Delhi-Panipat RRTS hall has not been obtained.

“The RRTS initiatives are price intensive initiatives which require in depth inter-ministerial consultations and their approval relies on feasibility of initiatives and availability of sources.
