The DPR of the Delhi-Panipat hall was obtained from NCRTC in June 2020. Approval of the Authorities of Nationwide Capital Territory of Delhi with a monetary dedication on DPRs of Delhi-Gurugram-SNB RRTS hall and Delhi-Panipat RRTS hall has not been obtained.

“The RRTS initiatives are price intensive initiatives which require in depth inter-ministerial consultations and their approval relies on feasibility of initiatives and availability of sources.
