BENGALURU: The state authorities has issued an advisory urging residents to defer journeys to neighbouring Kerala, barring for emergencies, until October-end to stop a possible third Covid wave in Karnataka. Kerala reported 25,772 contemporary Covid infections and 189 deaths on Tuesday, in comparison with 851 circumstances and 15 deaths in Karnataka.
