The title of gangster Goldy Brar, an lively member of the Lawrence Bishnoi gang who has claimed the duty for Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala’s killing, had not too long ago appeared in an FIR lodged by the UT police. The FIR was lodged in March this 12 months on the premise of knowledge obtained about members of the Bishnoi gang spreading their internet within the metropolis. It was acknowledged that Bishnoi, his accomplices Sampat Nehra, Ravinder Kali and Deepu Banur have been working an extortion racket from jails, whereas Satenderjeet Singh, alias Goldy Brar, was working the racket from Canada. In response to the UT police, Goldy made WhatsApp calls to businessmen in Chandigarh and demanded extortion. The victims have been requested handy over the cash to his gang members.
It was alleged that suspects Rajesh Paswan of Sector 56, Inderpreet Singh, alias Parry, of Sector 33, Jacky and Satbir Gujjar, each residents of Panchkula, Amandeep Singh, alias Mani Topi, of Zirakpur, Karan Banur, a resident of Banur, Patiala, and Deepak Kundu, alias Billa, used to gather cash from membership homeowners, lodge and restaurant homeowners, builders and property sellers on the behest of Bishnoi and Goldy.
Within the FIR, the police had claimed that the gang members have been amassing cash to take revenge for Vicky’s homicide. The police had data that the suspects met outdoors golf equipment in Sector 7 and 26. Following the data, a case below Sections 384 and 386 of the IPC and Part 2-54-50 of the Arms Act was registered on the Sector 26 police station.
