A hearth broke out in a scrap godown situated in Sector 17-18 in Gurugram on Thursday afternoon. Upon receiving the details about the blaze, 5 hearth tenders had been rushed to the spot to douse the flames.

Sudhir Singh, a Fireplace Division personnel, was quoted by ANI as saying, “5 hearth tenders are current on the spot, the reason for the hearth remains to be not identified. There aren’t any studies of any casualties as of now.” (sic)

Whereas no casualties have been reported but, a hearth management operation is underway.

Moreover, the reason for the hearth is but to be ascertained.
