Reacting to the incident, Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi stated he’ll go to Ludhiana to take inventory of the state of affairs. “A blast befell in Ludhiana I’m going straight to Ludhiana,” Channi informed reporters in Chandigarh.

Ludhiana Police Commissioner Gurpreet Singh Bhullar stated the world has been sealed and forensic groups will gather samples from the blast website. Police have initiated preliminary investigations.
