Atmosphere Mall irregularities: CBI information case in opposition to builder, raids numerous places in Delhi, Gurgaon

NEW DELHI : The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) on Monday carried out searches at a number of places in Delhi, Chandigarh, Gurugram and Panchkula after submitting a case of unlawful conversion of residential land to lift the swanky Atmosphere Mall in Gurgaon, information company ANI reported.

The CBI has registered an FIR on the orders of Punjab and Haryana Excessive Courtroom which had termed the Atmosphere Mall in Gurgaon unlawful. The Excessive Courtroom had directed the central probe company to finish the investigation inside six months.

The Excessive Courtroom had sought a separate investigation by the CBI to probe alleged unlawful actions, if any, and doable collusion between the builder and state authorities.
